EDI offers a competitive benefits package to provide protection, peace of mind and financial security to its employees. The range of options available allow our employees to customize benefits to best suit their needs.

All EDI employees are eligible to receive:

  • Health Insurance with 100% employer-paid premiums for single coverage
  • 401(k) plan with 50% employer matching contributions up to 6%, which is 100% vested within one year
  • Life insurance for one year’s salary up to $50,000
  • Flexible paid time off, including two weeks of vacation and a week of personal time
  • 9 paid holidays each year
  • Transportation benefits covering 50% of the cost of monthly parking or a bus pass for new employees and 100% of the cost for employees after three years
